"OMG - what a mistake - never normally book these sort of resorts but as I had to do a course nearby I thought my wife could relax there for the day. How best to describe - like what I would expect at a Russian Disney World. Terrible dated rooms, worst beds ever in our many, many travels. Basically a big block of soft foam. "I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."
