Disappointing for a Supposed 4-Star Hotel We stayed at Marina Frapa Hotel expecting 4-star quality but would rate it closer to 3 stars. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of food. The pool area was enjoyable and provided some relaxation. However, several issues impacted our stay. Hot water and electricity were unreliable — three of us ended up washing in cold water from the sink as the shower wouldn’t work initially. When we raised this with the front desk, it took multiple attempts before they resolved it. Even worse, we were accused of lying about the issue, which was both insulting and unprofessional. There were also clear safety hazards around the property for young children, so families should be cautious. Additionally, the atmosphere among staff was tense — with loud arguments and even objects thrown in public view. All in all, we were relieved to check out. This hotel has potential, but the service and maintenance issues need urgent attention.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for some of our requests. We particularly enjoyed the pool and pool bar ;-) There was easy access to everything we needed, including a small convenience store to stock up on needed items. I highly recommend Marina Frapa Resort Rogoznica if you're looking for a relaxing location to unwind!

My wife and I found the Marina Frapa Resort Rogoznica a very nice place, perfect for a short rest after our earlier sailing holiday. Particularly, we appreciate the friendliness of all staff members we dealt with.

We booked this place to use as a base to see the area. We never left, except to go to the store 1 time. It was so nice on the terrace, or at one of the restaurants, that we stayed there the entire time. Staff was great. Just a very nice experience.

Beds feel old. And after a few days, i am certain the hotel has a problem with bed bugs. Full decontamination for luggage when i come home. Place feels empty, but told it is very busy because of the people on their boats in marina. Breakfast is a joke. And some staff pay very little attention and it is hard to get new drink or similar. It has very big potensial but seems stuck in 90s look.

Super Unterkunft , super Personal Probleme werden umgehend gelöst. Pool war Klasse . Alles sehr unkompliziert mit Hund. Dieser kann überall mit genommen werden, außer an den Pool .

Was a good location - that was about it. There was a concert that night right outside our room so we couldn’t sleep - there was no communication about this before. When trying to contact the reception to get a room change there had disappeared. Also asked tea and coffee to be replaced in the room as there was none there - they looked at us like we were crazy and said that’s something they don’t have.

Beautiful setting on the marina! Spectacular view over the boats & bay from our balcony. Went for a superior room - very spacious & with the best views! Reasonable selection at breakfast. Good WiFi. Some good restaurants in walking distance.

Overlooking the marina

The room is spacious. Bath room is excellent. Not the best TV channels so rather go and enjoy the marina and local restaurants. Location is perfect (specially when you visit your friends with a boat). It is also close to the center of the city. Parking is free, which normally cost 12 EUR a day. They had complementary water and a bottle of white wine. Nice balcony overlooking the marina Value for money during the high season. I had a really good time. Oh I forgot to mention the great pool area which was quiet even it was during the high season
