"The double cosy room is extremely small for 2 people and a dog and very tight space in the corridors when cleaning staff and trollies are out. Dog friendly but no water bowls anywhere around the hotel. Can’t believe Reception had a notice saying Back in 10 minutes when they claim service 24/7"

"Good: great location, good amenities Poor: sound insulation, very tired rooms, ran out of a lot of stuff at breakfast, probably need another chef as the poor guy was really trying. You have to hang a tag on your door to say you want your room cleaned. We didn’t read that and then missed the room ..."
