"Jasmin at reception was lovely! She was very accomodating to our requests upon arrival. The hotel is central and convenient to the town centre of Brighouse. Plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee houses. Our room was clean, comfortable, warm and large! We'll surely stay again! Jonathan and Amanda."

"Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...

"Easy check in, clean room, the first hotel pillow in ages that’s actually the right height on its own (always find 1 pillow not enough, 2 too much, but here 1 was perfect). Shower was excellent, powerful and hot. It’s a bit dated, but superb value for money. "

"Lovely room. The porridge and pastry left for breakfast was a lovely touch and not expected. View from the balcony was great although I should imagine spectacular on a sunny day. Great communication prior to the arrival and fast response to my questions."

"Clean room, plenty of easy on site parking, lovely efficient friendly lady on the reception. Do not pay for your parking on hotel.com, as I did, as I had to pay again at the venue. The receptionist explained that hotel.com do not have the facility to pay the private parking company, and I had to request a refund (from hotel.com). The receptionist advised me to always pay for the parking at the actual hotel."

"The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep. "

"Unfortunately the four glass recycling bins at the back of the property were emptied early in the morning, creating great noise and waking us up. Otherwise OK."
