"This hotel employs the friendliest staff I have ever come across. Every single colleague was helpful, cheerful, attentive and seemed to be in a good mood. They all seemed to get on well with each other too. There was just such a warmth to the place. Would highly recommend. "

"The perfect hotel! Room 229, more like an apartment than hotel room. All spotless, and extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was usual buffet style woth plenty of other options if needed. Local for everything that was needed myself as well."

"We had a lovely stay at the Dakota. We were greeted at the door by 2 staff members who were lovely and showed us to reception. Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Wished me a Happy Birthday and our room was ready early, so was able to check in a good couple of hours earlier. Room was nice and spacious, clean and we could monitor the air con. Our overall stay was amazing and would definately reccomend. We didnt go in tbe restaurant/bar or stayed for breakfast so cant comment on this. "
