"The property is within easy walking distance of the town centre, it was clean and the host was a very pleasant chap. Breakfast was most enjoyable and has a good view out over the bay. The location affords access to most visitor attractions without having to travel through the town centre."

"Having booked a stay away for my other half for a chirstmas preseant (a bucket list one no less) I recieved an email from Tower guest, stating that due to an error, they would not be able to continue my booking. This meant I lost the accomadation (which I was give the money back) however this left me having to source new accomadation which was undue stress at christmas. I will therefore not recommend either this hotel or Expedia to anyone. "

"Clean & reasonable functional holiday house. Bit far from Stornoway centre (not walking distance but £10 for taxi). Small simple breakfast. We missed a salon table in the living room: nowhere to put glasses when sitting on the couch. Ok beds & bathroom."
