"Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression. The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower. We also couldn't access the wifi. The password was there but we didn't know what network to connect to as there were many on the drop down and we kept trying the...

"A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find."

Great Scottish Banter

"Fantastic staff from the moment you walk into reception, very professional but with great Scottish banter which makes it so much more personal and starts your stay with a smile on your face. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a jacuzzi bath with a TV! Food in the restaurant was excellent. Was also access to EV charging on site, which any EV driver will know is a feature lacking in many other hotels. Will be back again whether for business or pleasure just for the banter."

Perfect Break

"We stayed for 2 nights as were visiting family and friends nearby. Our room was large and comfortable. We slept well as it was so quiet and I enjoyed use of the pool and spa. We had our breakfast and evening meals in the bar/restaurant, which were excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were all very well trained and welcoming. We will return. "
