The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The desk staff was helpful. The dining staff, however, was rude and unhelpful.

Great location, stayed in deluxe room with seaview, that view made the whole stay amazing. Staff were faultless, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was almost perfect…maybe some cold sliced meats and cheese would help add a bit of variety but quality was great. Food in the Quay West restaurant ...

The Resturant food for dinner was excellent. Breakfast same as all hotels nothing special. Staff good and polite when not busy. Shame the pool did not open until 9am as would have liked to have had a swim before breakfast.
