"The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I also appreciated having a mini kitchen with cooking utensils available it’s great to have that option, even though I didn’t use it during my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived a bit early and asked if I could complete the check-in process ahead of time so I could simply pick up my key later. To my surprise, they allowed me to check in right away and go to my room, which was a huge plus since I was prepared to wait in the lobby (which was also very nice). I highly recommend this hotel, and this being my second stay says it all!"

"A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher. It was almost impossible to hear above the air conditioning. No tissue in the room, no pad/pen, shower head was poor, breakfast was poor."

"Nice place. A/C was not great but it kept the room decent but I'm always cold. My cousin was crazy about it but she's always hot! So if your hot natured maybe ask for room with best working a/c!!"

"The air conditioner was broken. We complained to the front desk and we were given a fan. A little later we were in the lobby and another guest complained and had his room comped. It was very frustrating to see guests treated differently for the same issue. We were two women in a room do a tennis tournament. Although I hate brining gender into this, it did feel like we were treated different because of it"
