"Clean room, nice staff, and good breakfast. I did not use parking. Overall I am happy with my stay."

"The staff was unfriendly and at times rude. We requested for pillows and they refused saying they don’t have the keys for the room where bedding items are stored. The bathroom drain was clogged, we had to walk in the puddle after every shower. Not a positive experience at all. "

"The hotel is well located in the centre and the room was comfortable. We had one breakfast in the hotel but this wasn’t great, too many people and insufficient tables meant a long wait and even when we got into breakfast the standard was not high."

"We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint everyone else was lovely "

"Wonderful boutique hotel in a historic building with high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere. Room was well appointed with a fantastic bed and good shower. We had a quick dinner at the restaurant, which offers a small menu. Food was very good, as was the breakfast. Staff was very friendly and location is perfect, on a quiet street in the city center near the train station and minutes walk from plenty of restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
