"Overall, the stay was okay. The positive things were breakfast, closeness to the airport, and public bus service. Another positive thing was that although the hotel is located very close to main roads, there was no incoming noise. Things to improve are definitely cleanliness and desk staff communication. Our bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. There was hair under the sink when we arrived, and there were empty glass bottles in the hallway for several days; nobody bothered to remove them. The desk staff was somewhat confusing; at one point, the employee told my family member that their room number does not exist in this hotel. We also had a special request done months ahead, which we wish to have rooms close by. This was not the case. When we arrived, the desk person was not aware of it, and she also did not explain if we got rooms close by when giving us key-cards. The best staff member was the lady in the breakfast room! She worked hard and was super friendly! The second-floor pictures after you come out of the elevators need to be changed! They look dirty, and it's the first impression on that floor. Easy thing to fix, but it changes the impression. Overall, if I have to, I would stay there again w/o many expectations, but most likely next time I would try out another hotel."

"The showerhead needs to be replaced. I was a bit mouldy and did not fit correcly. It looked like it had fallen and cracked a bit. "

"The room was really cold due to central heating. We had to ask for another blanket. They brought one but only a single, and we had a double bed. All in all, it was fine. Far from the city, but not too expensive to get there by ride share or public transportation. "

"We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint everyone else was lovely "
