"This hotel states they have airconditioning in all rooms, ours only had a small plug in fan. This was not acceptable during the heatwave. The staff tried with the fan, hotel refused a partial refund request. It costs more than expected for a uber (not the hotels fault) but fyi it’s 22 euro from the airport. Cute area but may be better to stay closer to amenities or airport."

"De receptionist ( weet naam niet maar hij kwam uit Izmir) was enorm vriendelijk en attent. Complimenten. Kamer was mooi, groot heel schoon en op de heetste dag (26 juni) heerlijk koel. Ontbijt was redelijk, alleen jammer dat de tafels nauwelijks afgeruimd en schoongemaakt werden, dat moet echt verbeteren!"

"The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient."

"This hotel is new and unfortunately it has quite a lot to adjust to be anywhere the standard of Radisson hotels. Our check in was good and the staff was professional. The room, while well appointed was lacking a coffee machine and the tv was not functioning. The front desk explained that coffee machines had not yet been delivered and that coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby... A minor inconvenience one can understand. Later we noticed the shower was not draining and had not been properly...

"Super close to train to Schiphol and Amsterdam Centraal. Breakfast was an amazing selection of hot and cold servings. Cool coffee machines actually ground the beans with every pour. Room was top notch, great shower, clean. Gym included. Town of Hoofddorp was nearby with large shopping mall. Restaurants close by too. Seems to be popular among tourist groups, so anticipate morning crowds at breakfast, but, don’t let that change your mind about booking. Oh, and a good price, too."

"I have stayed at Moxy properties all over the United States and as expected the layout and quality was consistent with this location with the exception of the staff. The staff did their jobs well but they weren't personable or concerned about any issues that came up. Getting service at the front desk or bar area was like pulling teeth."

"We stayed 1 night there ,very easy to access.Took the bus cost us 2.01 euro per adult and arrived in 9 min .You have a McDonald right beside. Very easy to check in . Amazing experience. Thank you ."

"I was really glad they had the free shuttle to and from the airport from morning until night. Easy to go there to get trains into Amsterdam and other locations. The building is old and there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower, not great! The safe didn’t seem to work and lighting overall was poor."
