"There’s a walkway from the airport to hotel, so you don’t have to go outside. Staff are friendly and helpful, the lady who helped me could see I was exhausted from travelling and made sure I had a quiet room. The bathroom was equipped with everything even a shower cap, which was great as I only had hand luggage with my essentials. The breakfast buffet had everything. "

"This is a TRANSIT hotel so it is probably good for a layover but not if you want to use it like a hotel. You need to check in after 6pm and be out by 7am. It is located BEHIND security so if you have checked luggage you will have a problem - and you need a boarding pass which you can only get 24hrs before you flight... it was a nightmare."

"We asked for extra pillows 3 times and extra blankets 2times. They never arrived. We paid for a King bed and got two separate beds. Staff tried to compensate, but we settled in for the night and did not change rooms. We were too tired!"

"I was given a room that faced a construction site, which wasn't the greatest. But the room had all the usual Best Western amenities including a coffee maker and a kettle for making tea. The one thing I missed was a box of facial tissues (aka Kleenex to North Americans), The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable, using real plates and cutlery (aka silverware to the Americans). "The staff were welcoming and nice and always answered my questions when needed the only problem is for a couple days I would have the sign on my door to please come in and clean/replace linens and the cleaning staff never did. I had to track them down and ask them. Also please look into getting a microwave."
