"Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt an einer kleinen Fußgängerzone mit einer Reihen schöner Restaurants. Man ist schnell in Amsterdam (Bus 35 Minuten). Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend."

"Arrived at hotel, we got our room on the third floor. We were in our room 5 minutes and we had drilling on our wall, not a good start. We went to reception to ask what the noise was. They pointed to a frame with a notice stating construction work in the hotel from 10am to 6pm. The receptionist said it can run over too. We never got informed while booking this hotel that it has major construction work or when we checked in, we would never had booked this hotel as we wanted a relaxing holiday. ...

"Small room, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was big enough for the bed, a shower, sink, small desk, and toilet. Plus a tv on the wall. But that was all I really need out of a room. You had to squeeze by the bed to get to the other side of the room. The breakfast was a great start to my day with an assortment of breads, juices, coffees, and soft boiled eggs and mini pancakes. The airport shuttle was nice as well. Ran every 20 minutes all day."

"Front house staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Rude at best. The room was clean enough, some disrepair (holes in walls, broken curtain rods laying on floor). Everyday the bathroom smelled like an outhouse and mouldy starting at dawn - with little bugs and flies crawling out of the drains. The hotel itself reeks of old stale cigarettes. No dresser. Telephones do not work and staff won’t make a local call for you. When the shower steam set off the fire alarm they yelled at us for it. No bathroom...

"The room was ridiculously small and to make it worse they had a 3rd bed in it. A real rip off. You could not swing a cat in there."

"This is an excellent hotel with phenomenal customer service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Excellent hotel staff with a can-do attitude. The breakfast in the morning was sensational. The hotel is extremely well located in the heart of the city yet very quiet in the room. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel at any time."
