"Clean room"

"Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+"

"fantastic place to stay. two bedroom suite had everything needed: stove, oven, fridge, all utensils and a large dining area. short walk to grocery store north or south. easy access to tram (very easy to get to/from airport schiphol). ebike rental from adagio was the best thing we did. access to the anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. katja (sp?) was very helpful at the front desk. laundry services were very useful. just a little south of city center but i highly recommend."

"the room was clean and quiet. the design of the room was attractive. the room was less expensive than some other options in the area and because of that i didn’t expect much so it’s ok that there was no fridge, no body lotion, no coffee machine or electric kettle. it was all very minimal. i think all rooms are on the ground floor which some women traveling alone may not be comfortable with. the location is ok if you just want to spend a night before a flight. it wouldn’t be a good option to...

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The shower curtain was extremely old, stained, and dirty, to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable using the shower at all, despite the 33°C temperatures. There was also dust in several areas of the room, which made it feel neglected. The rooms are very outdated and were unbearably hot because there is no air conditioning. "Really nice place to relax, everything was laid back and friendly. Don't get discouraged by the shared bathroom space, everything was super clean, the water temperature was good, and it was never crowded. Lovely atmosphere at night. Staff were all so nice as well."
