"There’s a walkway from the airport to hotel, so you don’t have to go outside. Staff are friendly and helpful, the lady who helped me could see I was exhausted from travelling and made sure I had a quiet room. The bathroom was equipped with everything even a shower cap, which was great as I only had hand luggage with my essentials. The breakfast buffet had everything. "

"We asked for extra pillows 3 times and extra blankets 2times. They never arrived. We paid for a King bed and got two separate beds. Staff tried to compensate, but we settled in for the night and did not change rooms. We were too tired!"

"Ideale locatie voor verblijf igv vroege vlucht Schiphol. Auto met ParkBee in de kantoorwijk geparkeerd. Vriendelijk Nederlands gesproken ontvangst in het hotel. Schone kamer. Heerlijke douche. Veel TV zenders. Waterkoker met prima aanmaakkoffie en thee. Op nog geen minuut loopafstand van De Hoek (een tranferbaan voor de busverbinding naar Schiphol)"

"The staff were welcoming and nice and always answered my questions when needed the only problem is for a couple days I would have the sign on my door to please come in and clean/replace linens and the cleaning staff never did. I had to track them down and ask them. Also please look into getting a microwave."

"Very good and convenient hotel. Good breakfast. Free hotel shuttle from Airport to Hotel BUT you need yo pay for it from Hotel to Airport. "

"Not a horrible stay but they lost heat while we were there so couldn’t take a hot shower prior to our 10hr flight."
