"Advised the hotel we would arrive late, when we got there we were advised our rooms had been on-sold. NO pool even though it is advertised as having one! NOT close to the beach/sea even though advertised as being so. No English speaking staff on duty, even though advertised as being so. Filthy rooms. A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AVAOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. "

"Stayed during Tet. Rooms and hotel dated and in need of upgrade but ok. Price during holiday very cheap otherwise rating would be lower. Breakfast very limited and average at best. But unlike other hotels here this time of year at least they had heating. Great facilities in hot season but not even bar open this time so looks great and would be better at right time of year."

"Stayed in early February and very few guests. NO HEATING and I mean none. Only cooling and this time of year very cold. Bar closed. Restaurant and very restricted options for breakfast. About 6 only and 3 of them they did not have anyway. Breakfast terrible! Two lots of laundry returned when still wet! Ended up moving hotels and best thing we did. They say 4 star but 3 of them must have been on holiday."

"Stayed for three weeks at this wonderful hotel which we highly recommend. Good location by the sea with a very well-kept pool area and park area. High environmental awareness. Good breakfast with great variety and excellent service. Good bar and à la carte menu. The SPA department is professional and has a good range of treatments.
