Reserve 2 camas individuales con un niño Y llegué y me dijeron k ya no tenían y no me podían respetar la reserva y me ofrecieron una cama King con una individual con mayor costo Fueron muy amables y acepte ya que tenía planeado el viaje y pagué el costo extra

Muy bonito lugar, la habitación ambientada según el país que representa, servicio muy amable por parte de los empleados, la comida es buena y a precio razonable. Excelente lugar para descansar ambiente familiar y muy bien ubicado. A excepción de la cortina de baño sucia la limpieza es buena.

Buena, la calidad de la estancia. Económico, agradable, cercanía y buena ubicación hacia el centro y disponibilidad de transporte para dirigirse hacia otro lugar. Por otra parte si considero que para un descanso mayor habría que preguntar las opciones que puede tener el huésped por la variedad y preferencia de la ubicación de las habitaciones así como el colchón está muy suave.

Hola, cuando llegué al hotel después de hacer mi reservación por Expedia me informaron que no les llegaban esas reservaciones, de manera que aunque mi habitación ya estaba pagada tuve que pagar nuevamente para poder hospedarme en el hotel.

Personal muy amable y flexible para el check-in y check-out fuera de horario. La habitación cómoda y limpia. Fui solamente una noche por trabajo pero estuvo todo muy bien. Si hay ruido de autos hasta después de media noche ya que está en avenida principal. Zona segura y con transporte publico sobre la misma calle. De fácil acceso.
