"This is the perfect place to stay in Polanco. Close to everything walking distance. There is a Starbucks almost in front of building. Staff is friendly and always attentive. I will definitely be staying here in my future visits to CDMX. Cleaning staff is great as well. "

"Great location, clean and stylish suite. Th front facing suite was noisy from the street and guests. My only issue is I was detained in CDMX, and asked to extend my stay. They said they could add a day but there was no room through the week. I said fine. However, they sent a whatspp and said I needed to vacate within an hour and that the promised extended night was no longer available. That is bad innkeeping and hospitality. I asked them to book me into a sister property, which they ultimately did. It turned out to be inferior, hot and with bad plumbing. I had to leave after one night. The front desk really doesn't have their act together. Too bad because it is a nice property."
