Réveil en pleine nuit pour proposition de "services sexuels", avec l'aval du gardien de l'hôtel. Nous déconseillons donc cet établissement.

El hotel es muy limpio, el personal es amable, en las camas descansas muy bien el baño súper limpio, les recomiendo desayunar en el hotel es muy económico y el sazón muy rico.

Está cerca del centro, muy comunicado. Las instalaciones lindas, con muchos detalles. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. Solo cambiar sus colchones, son duros.

Es un hotel clásico en Cuernavaca, bonito, y aunque tiene sus detalles de mantenimiento, es bastante cómodo. Esta en pleno centro, por lo que está muy bien comunicado.

There are many better options in town

Our stay was spoiled by an overnight front desk guy who was plain nasty. My travel partner does not speak any Spanish and asked a question of him while I was within hearing distance of them and he insulted her in Spanish and then laughed at her, not knowing I was listening. When I later asked about the lack of wifi in the room he was nasty to me also. DON'T USE this place since there are so many better places in more convenient locations. The pool looked nice but since they do not cover it at night, the water is chilly.

Realmente lo utilizamos para dormir, esta bien situado y tuvimos una noche sin contratiempos. Podria recomendarlo para parejas o solo sin esperar lujos.

A big disappointment

The hotel is in a great location but we had a very disappointing stay. We arrived in the evening to find a huge cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms we booked, along with a couple of spiders. The second room had no window, which was very inconvenient since it was quite warm. This hotel has no air conditioning. The hotel also says it has free wifi - but we were unable to get a connection in either of our rooms. We called the front desk to ask for someone to help us get rid of the cockroach and it took them about half an hour for someone to come. If we hadn’t already paid for it online, we would have left.

Llégame de madrugada y nos atendieron rápido, solo fuimos por una noche pero nos trataron bien, tienen alberca pero no tuvimos oportunidad de usarla, sin duda volvería a este hotel

Mala atención, precios arbitrarios

No respetaron el precio publicado en Expedia, fue casi 50% más. Por ese precio me hubiera quedado en un hotel mejor. El hotel está muy limpio aunque la decoración no es moderna y se requiere mantenimiento. El desayuno es bueno aunque si reservan con Expedia no se incluye.

Buen servicio. Agradable en áreas comunes pero un poco incómodo en las habitaciones. Necesita renovación de colchones y ropa de cama. El cuarto estaba demasiado caliente y el ventilador no era suficiente.

DIAS DE DESCANSO FAMILIAR.

Bien, gracias. Ojalá en el Centro de Cuernavaca reordenaran el comercio ambulante, funcionará el autobús turístico y acelerarán las obras en el Jardín Borda.

Ubicación excelente, renovación urgente

No había aire acondicionado y hacía muchísimo calor, sólo había un ventiladorcito anticuado que hacía un ruido que no dejaba dormir. No hay suficientes contactos eléctricos para cargar celulares, había que cargarlo en el baño o desconectar el ventilador y morirse de calor mientras se cargaba el celular. Pero Juan, el mesero, es muy amable y solícito.

En general estuvo bien el hospedaje, ubicación cercana al centro, realizaron el aseo de la habitación adecuadamente, personal afable. Básicamente la utilice para dormir. Tienen buena señal de WiFi en el lobby pero en mi habitación no hubo buena conexión inalámbrica.

Fair value

The public area and grounds made a good first impression, clean and eye-pleasing, with landscaping and pool that looked well cared for. I found staff not to be very communicative. My first assigned room was not ready at 5 pm but was moved to better room. I looked at nearby hotels but none compared well.

No creo volver a hospedarme en este hotel

Hace más de 10 años que no pasaba una noche tan terrible como la que tuve que pasar el primer día de hospedaje. Me alojaron en la habitación más ruidosa del hotel, lo cual hizo que no pudiera dormir. Habitación que daba a la calle con semáforo donde toda la noche hubo ruidos de frenos, borrachos cantando en sus autos con música a todo volumen, ambulancias, torretas de patrullas, etc. Yo sé que ésto puede parecer ajeno al hotel, pero yo pedí desde que llegué que me cambiaran de habitación y el recepcionista (IVÁN) se negó rotundamente a pesar de que había otra habitación igual (lo cual supe por una fuente interna). En fin, esto sòlo fué el principio porque la historia sigue, pero ya no quiero recordar más.

the hotel was good, it has nice gardens, attention was goood, doesn't include breakfas but breakfast was good too, parking good too, a lot of mosquitos in the bathroom but not in the room.
