"Entramos y había un fuerte olor a cigarro en el lobby. El cuarto estaba sucio con cabellos en las almohadas y colcha y en lugar de ofrecer shampoo, jabón y crema limpio ponen botes a la mitad que han estado usando otros huéspedes. Shampoo grisi y crema lubriderm. Jamás había visto esto en un hotel. No nos ofrecieron nada cuando nos quejamos. No vale el precio que cobran. Valdrá 300 pesos dormir ahí. "

"Wonderful place to stay!! Absolutely clean! People that work there are amazing!! Friendly and very helpful!! The hospitality is on top level!! Very close to Zocalo, where everything is!!!
