Very central-walkable to all main Cuernavaca’s sites. Nice staff, big swimming pool is a good plus in July. Have nothing to complain about and would gladly stay there during my next visit.

General opinion

A real good experience in a clean hotel, small & beautiful. Great rooms and whole ambience. The restaurant may improve and the lightning could be stronger un certain places where women may see clearer for they make up. The service was great.

The rooms were quite nice and, with one exception, well maintained. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful from the valet parking which was free to the front desk. The included breakfast was a good value and again the staff were very nice at the restaurant. Parking is limited but the staff juggles the cars around and we had no problems. One problem we did have was that the air conditioning in our first room did not work and it was a warm day. They offered us another room but it was smaller and definitely not as nice as the first and they were unwilling to give us a lower price. However they did find another room comparable to the one we originally booked and all was well. Despite this glitch we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The place has a lovely Garden and is really quite nice.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel, excelent customer service especially from Alejandro, always offering to help with luggage, offering waters, offering to clean the room. Restaurant breakfasts was delicious, they also open the restaurant the whole day on Fridays and Saturdays. Very convenient location, a few minutes walking to downtown Cuernavaca, I recommend staying here for a romantic weekend or family getaway.

En general el hotel muy bien y los cuartos limpios y camas edredones y cojines , ademas del staff muy bien, incluyendo el personal del reataurante muy bien. Ahora, oportunidades de mejora: cobrar un poco mas pero no cobrar cosas como el pollo para los chilaquiles etc. Poner kleenex cuarto, pistola de pelo o 2 vasos y hielos son detalles pero hacen la diferencia
