"2 restaurants on site as well as being super close to the tower of london and tower bridge being seen from most of the rooms. Is a great central location if you want to do anything in central london as its a short 5-10 minute walk to the tower bridge train station and a short cab or walk to liverpool street station. We did this with our child for his birthday visit and he loved it we will definately be back to stay if we are ever down that way again."

"It’s an okey hotel. The staff is friendly, it’s a clean hotel. Biggest disappointment was the housekeeping, it is horrible to non-existent, literally all was done is straightening of the beds and taking out the trash. The towels not changed, nothing else is cleaned. Otherwise, it’s perfectly located, the Big Ben is just 3 minutes walk, so it’s an okey stay."

"We will not be returning. Our impression of this place is that owners have massively deferred maitenance on the property over the last year, and seem to take no pride or care in the property. It no longer deserves the rating it has. The rooms are inhabitable but at the bare minimum level of clean— not a “4 star boutique” experience as they claim. The property was in horrible condition, including dirty, stained carpet and bed linens, damaged furniture and walls. The breakfast is minimally a...

"Walking distance to Paddington Station, this was reason for choosing it for quick overnight stay. The room had minimal space for storage, hanging hooks or shelves. We had rain-soaked luggage requiring unpacking all & attempting to dry out, which this room did not accommodate. Nice staff, invited us to store luggage which we didn’t need."

"It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels. "
