We were checked into a dirty room. Most of the floor had open latches and dirty rooms at 3:00 in the afternoon. We were then given another room that smelt like smoke, was not that clean. Hotel was great / good bed and sheets. AC worked well - elevators were a bit slow. Did not eat breakfast.

Microtel Inn by Wyndham Franklin
Staff was very attentive to our problem. Parking was great. Very close to the Performing Arts Center, which was where we were seeing a comedy show.
