"Meeting expectations: comfortable beds, clean linens and ok breakfast. Disappointing: Facility is neglected and needs significant maintenance, no towels in gym, no water in dispenser, dirty walls, floors, and facilities. Room safe were disabled. Bathroom fans didn’t work. Worst part: When we checked in, we were told the keycard machine was broken, so one of the hotel employees had to open the room doors with master keys. No ID checks as people come and went during the day!"

"Stayed overnight room was clean bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked breakfast bar was nice but could have been a little better location was a little difficult to get to overall for one or two nights it was good"

"A very disappointing stay. The reviews raved about how great it was and what a fantastic breakfast etc. seriously? Getting there was a challenge. The on and off ramp on I 85 were designed by demolition derby student engineers. No room to get on or off with the 5 million trucks. EVERYTHING was for truckers. If you are a trucker this would be heaven. Obviously, I’m not. Staff were pleasant. Room had an odor to it. Musty, stale? Something. Window was dirty. Breakfast was exceedingly lame. Coffee had zero aroma and even less taste. Food selection? I have no idea why this was rated so highly. I travel for a living. Btw, zero restaurants close by so unless you want to take your life in your own hands against the bazillion trucks. Knock yourself out. This place gets a 1 on my come back list and that’s a 1 out of 10 with 1 being the worst. Internet was virtually non existent too. Nothing good to say. Never coming backw"

"The room was spacious compared to what I expected it would be. The bathroom door was closed when I first checked in and upon opening the door, the strong smell was apparent that it had been very recently used. The shower definitely had not been cleaned fully from the prior guest. The thermostat/ac/fan unit did not work. Bed was comfortable. The only gluten free option at the breakfast was eggs, but there were several other options if you don't have restrictions. For the price, it was fine for one night, and was a convenient location."
