"Breakfast was excellent every day. The beds were comfortable. Promised boat rides were cancelled or delayed. Had to wash coffee cup in my room to use it. Porch was full of spiders & webs. The floor above my room (hallway & guest room) creaked so loudly when walked on, there was no sleeping until after everyone quieted down for the night. Owner was a "my way or the highway" kinda guy, telling guests to not wear bug spray or exchange chairs at outdoor tables. Disappointing, as this was a...

"When we arrived to the Garrett Inn, we were able to check in, and were given a key to the room, and told where to park (each room's number was plainly painted on the space for each room, however, due to the configuration of the parking lot vs the way the room's were situated, the parking spaces were off-set from the individual rooms, so when parked for the room assigned, the space was two spaces offset. The room was well appointed, two full beds, a bathroom with a pocket door, a small table...

"Cove Creek Lodge is a beautiful property in an incredible location at Deep Creek Lake! One of the biggest highlights is being able to walk to several great restaurants and the popular Honi-Honi Bar for drinks, live music, and entertainment without ever needing to get in the car. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy mountain-lodge feel. The property itself is gorgeous, with beautiful grounds, a relaxing atmosphere, and a great outdoor pool. It's the...

"Room clean but needs updated. Beds horrible, hairdryer did not work."

"Nice stay. Two story property with only stairs access."

"Staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating while we stranded due to a bad storm during our a motorcycle trip. Will absolutely stay again!"

"This hotel was a great budget option and was exactly what I expected it to be. The room was large enough, the furnishings were adequate and the bathroom was ok. If you just need a room for a night or two and don't have a lot to spend, this hotel will do the trick. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would stay at this hotel again if i was traveling in the area."

"My stay in the historic inn was great. Both dinner and breakfast were served just downstairs from my room. The inn is old but nice and I hope to stay there again someday. My room had an old fashioned bathtub but no shower. Otherwise, all modern conveniences were available."

"Sheets were stained, unwilling to give refund because pool was closed. And NO info was posted about pool being closed on web page."
