thought it was a bit pricey for the time of year. good location, not much traffic noise and since it was off season, not very many staying in the hotel. it could definitely use some upgrades, buckets in places to catch water leaks and it took FOREVER to get hot water running in the room, but the room was clean and comfortable.

The check in and check out process were extremely easy. However, the room I was given was very unclean. The sink had brown stains and a previous guest's socks were in the bed.

I was shocked to find no hotel staff; called phone number and A helpful receptionist helped me use a code to get key. She was friendly. Hotel is in desperate redo. I am here to ski in Am and hotel is fine.

This is a great place if you need a one night stay for work or travel or anything. Wifi doesn't support Nintendo switch which isn't great, we understand the staffing shortages and they are doing the best they can. Breakfast is just pastries, coffee, and juice. No hot breakfast which is a bit of a bummer.

Best cheapest

Not bad and cheaper than the ones in Oakland like the Oakmar, the Oakland motel or that other one about 3 miles toward Mchenry. Its better than two years ago because they had front desk help all night. Other than that, they leave the door open all night so anyone could go in there
