Localização perfeita ..Café da manhã nota 1.000...jantar tudo perfeito o lugar abraça a gente.. Recomendo e vou voltar outras vezes. Muito obrigada por ser tão bem acolhida em um hotel ,o que não é normal hoje em dia."

"The room we got was not as expected. Very dark and noisy from excessive air conditioner units outside kitchenette window. They were very stingy with towels—one bath towel for each person . No hand towels or wash cloths. The best thing was the restaurant kitchen. Very good food here! Great breakfast and dinners!"

"Café da manhã bem servido. Quartos limpos, toalhas e roupas de cama também. Chuveiro ótimo, cama boa, travesseiro bom. Localização excelente, próximo de tudo, mas não tão próximo do centro que pra mim é ótimo. Evita bagunça da região central. Próximo ao mercado e 900 metros do santuário. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Destaque pra o Sr Santana. "

"The rooms are small and minimalist, like most New York hotels. If you're coming to enjoy the city as a pilgrim, this hotel is like a bed and breakfast. If you're looking for a Hotel experience with pool, spa, etc this is not the proposal. The one thing I didn't like is that the mattress is a bit too hard to my taste. I will stay here again when needed, for sure. Everyone that served us was happy and went out of their way to do anything we asked. "

"I received a WhatsApp message from the property on the day of my arrival, which has conveniently been deleted, stating that the property didn't have a room available. I didn't see the message until I arrived at the property, but it had asked me to go to another property that cost less, had a less ideal location, and lower reviews. At arrival, they then put my friend and I in a room with one bed that was tiny, *absolutely disgusting*, and was not in the main building. The manager, without prompting, offered to refund this night, which I politely accepted. The next day, we got moved to the correct room, but it did not have any hot water for a shower, so we got moved AGAIN, to another lower quality room without a balcony. One out of the two beds was rock hard so my friend and I ended up having to share a bed. Several days after my stay no refund was issued so I reached out to Hotels.com and the property denied the refund and deleted their WhatsApp message. I've never left a bad review or complained to any service provider before, but this was a terrible experience."
