"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. "Quaint hotel with great staff. Nice meals. Stunning sunsets from the front porch. Only discomfort we had was in the room at night - the air conditioner was rather noisy and the bedsheet too thin. So it was difficult to sleep through the night as the air conditioner was rattling away and it was cold. Turning it off made it too warm!"
