"Charming. Beautiful. Clean."

"The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. "

"We were taken back by the beautiful and unique Italian suit with very tall ceilings, large windows on three sides, plenty of space to move around, and a view of Lake Como we had not seen expected. You could spend your stay in the suite and be happy. Ariana is very attentive and accommodated our dietary needs for breakfast. We had a nice stay."

"Celebrated my birthday with friends at the hotel with a long spa weekend. Relatively easy to get to- Lugano Station has plenty of taxis or uber availability if you don't want to wait for the bus. All the staff were lovely and very accommodating. Beautiful views and a lovely spa. Treatments were also great. The Bar/Bistro was particularly nice to unwind in to have a drink and get food."

"Lake view from or balcony and rooftop terrace. Buffet breakfast was grest. Clean room with fresh towels each day. Location was good, 15 stroll along the lakeside into Stresa. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Well recommended. Would definitely stop here again."
