One of the best in Curitiba

Incredible staff! Everyone serving with pleasure! We had a fantastic dinner to celebrate the Valentine’s Day! And the breakfast is just terrific!

Lobby staff very helpful and efficient. Breakfast servers good but service is a bit slow. Valet service needs improvement. Very busy on weekends and few valet drivers. O e driver retrieved 2 wrong cars before finally getting my Car. Overall a pleasant renovated hotel with clean rooms.

Excelente opção

Ótima localização, fácil de ser encontrado, chegar e sair. Em uma das principais avenidas da cidade, apesar disso o quarto é muito silencioso. O quarto tem ótimo tamanho, box idem, a ducha tem muito volume e a temperatura não oscila. É perto de vários restaurantes e cafés além de 4 shoppings, uma patisserie bem em frente. Funcionários muito solícitos e disponíveis

Excelente estrutura e atendimento com atmosfera bastante agradável . Equipe bastante atenciosa. O quarto é bem espaçoso e equipado. Poderiam dar mais atenção às opções do café da manhã, oferecendo mais pratos sem glúten e para dietas especiais (sem leite, açúcar). Outro ponto desagradável não diz sobre o hotel mas uma obra ao lado que fazia bastante barulho logo de manhã.

Experiência fantástica. O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem muita coisa legal perto e o acesso para todos os lados da cidade é ótimo. O quarto é maravilhoso, muito bem decorado e acomodou nossa família, dois adultos e duas crianças, muito bem! O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Com opções super saudáveis, pães de fermentação natural, sucos e smoothies naturais. Além de várias opções no cardápio a la carte. Dentro de um ambiente lindo! Agora o ponto chave foi o atendimento. Que equipe incrível! Não temos como agradecer a todos - Julie, Sofia, Israel, Ana Luiza, Eduardo, Alexandra, Milaine e muitos outros foram excepcionais. Localização excelente

Muito bem localizado e de fácil chegada e saída, além de ter bons manobristas. A região é muito bem servida de ótimos restaurantes e cafés. O quarto tem um ótimo isolamento acústico, a cama é muito confortável e a ducha tem muito volume de água com uma temperatura estável. Os funcionários são sempre muito solícitos, prestativos e simpáticos. Já estive outras vezes e não recomendo o restaurante nem o café da manhã pela experiência pregressa, mas pode ser que tenham mudado.

A flawless stay! I had an absolutely excellent experience at QOYA Hotel Curitiba. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a great stay — always greeting with a smile and happy to help. The hotel’s overall ambiance is elegant and modern, and it truly felt like a five-star experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Curitiba. I’ll definitely return on my next trip!
