"We were two couples travelling on a road trip. We had a two bedroom cabin on the water, which was beautiful. The cabin had everything we wanted, including the toilet being separate to the bathroom. It only had a 2.5 seater lounge, which wasn't helpful when there are 4 people. Another chair or lounge is needed. The other guest rang the bell three times and eventually the receptionist came down the stairs. My family finally entered our room, and the shower alcove was mouldy and there were spider webs in the window.
