We booked a Queen pet friendly months in advance but at checin was changed to a double pet friendly causing cramped conditions but managable. We yearly and hope to get the room type we book. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was great too, especially the biscuits and gravy. My only suggestion would be to ask for third floor as the walls and ceiling were thin and we heard people beside and above us on the second floor.
