"Excellent. Great stay. Fantastic staff. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything"

"Fantastic stay at Ham Yard. Bedrooms are wonderful, staff absolutely brilliant and we had a wonderful time."

"Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies."

"The room was super small and when checking in the put my bags in someone else room"

"The location was excellent, the area was high-quality, the comfort was fantastic, and the service was very good. It was a great experience, and I would choose this hotel again in the future."

"There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay."

"Beautiful hotel, right next to Victoria station. Great breakfast"

"This is a gorgeous hotel in the heart of everything. Service was the best! We loved it!"

"Always an amazing experience. Staff so welcoming and attentive!!"

"Amazing service. Great location. Clean quiet rooms."

"Excellent staff"

"Great location and staff was very friendly"

"The Dorchester is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the staff was very attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Excellent location walking distance to major tourist attractions. I recommend this hotel"

"We were warmly greeted by a very friendly staff member who brought hot tea to our room, and we found a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The room was clean and more accommodating than we had anticipated. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I plan to return to the London location soon and will be visiting the Como in Bordeaux in April 2027."

"Very excellent hotel and spa facilities."

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."

"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"
