"Room was clean. Towels and bedsheets were excellent quality and were changed upon request. Breakfast was good and had enough variety for five days we stayed at the property. Internet was fast. Location was perfect - close to British Museum, two subway stations, numerous bus stops. Lovely park nearby."

The location is unbeatable, right next to Victoria Station and an easy walk to Buckingham Palace, with tons of great restaurants just steps away. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm, attentive service. A perfect base for exploring London."

"If you’re a Black solo traveler especially a Black woman please be cautious here. Not all, but some staff and security were very unwelcoming and I experienced racial discrimination. Just something to be aware of."

"The wifi is terrible. It is in a central location which is great and was useful for working close by. The rooms were clean, but very little in the way of comforts. No tele (which I can understand for travellers and tourists), but not for working professionals. Staff were helpful, however, one member of staff in the morning was screaming, swearing and banging on the desk to another colleague on my last morning, which was definitely not OK. "

"Excellent location to the tube and bus station for both of my tours. Breakfast had a lot varieties and delicious. My 19 year old son was denied check in as my flight was delayed until the next day, even though his name was listed as a secondary guest and room was paid in full. I had to change my booking to reflect the reservation to have his name as primary. This should not be necessary, but he was allowed to have a room afterwards. It was tiring for him to arrive after flying in from the U.S. and stressed that he didn’t have a room. Staff should have looked at reservations carefully first time to see all the names of guests. Besides initial frustration, room was adequate and completely renovated. Recommend to stay here again in London."
