"Went to check in at 8p. Was told there was a “glitch in the system” and they did not have a room for me. Asked front desk staff why I was not called at any point during the day, before driving 3 hours here, and she stated they didn’t have time. There is not another hotel room to be had in this town, leaving my daughter and I stranded with no place to go and an 8am appt. the next day. No apology and in fact, the hotel didn’t bother to cancel my reservation and I was still charged. Will never stay here again. Customer service while I was standing in line behind others was terrible. The manager had to actually tell one of the front desk staff that he could talk to her after she helped check in a customer."

"The fridge in the room did not work. They had a birthday party going on three of them, we had repeatedly told the parents please ask your kids to quit splashing us. And when we mention it to the staff person who was putting more towels in there did the parents work no making their kids obey this is what they said. ,(The staff said that the birthday party was paying more than we were for 2 days.). I will never stay there again and I will inform everybody else I'll come across that with the unfriendly staff unwilling to make things right and making comments like that that I'll never stay there again."

"Cleaner knocked on door at 8 am and woke us up when checkout is at 11. Had to switch rooms because of a dog the employee forgot about when checking in. Big inconvenience on both parts, and the bathroom in the dog friendly room was wayyyy smaller than the one we were previously placed in, and the shower tub wouldn’t drain."

"For the price there were some discouraging aspects to the property. The flange on the tub was hanging off. We were called on noise disturbances when we were in bed. Before check out time a maid walked into room to clean without knocking."

"The toilet was slow to flush and the drain was slow. We informed the front desk and they told us “it was fine”"

"It is not what is shown in the pictures, when we arrived to the room it did not smell like clean, The Bathroom looked like it has been used by someone right before our arrival, No towels in the room, I don't know if there's a Housekeeper supervisor in property, IF you can read this, please pay more attention to these details. I also notice some ugly stains on the edge of the mattress, Definitely a Hotel I would never stay at again."
