"The place is old school but they keep it modern. The room was clean and spacious. The pools were clean and fun. The beach was next to the pool. They have a restaurant too. Parking was ample."

"The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients. "

"The staff was great and very friendly. Beautiful place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious but the other meals were so/so. The cocktails weren’t the greatest in my opinion but the service was really excellent. I didn’t try the restaurants on the property but there were a few and others right beside the hotel that we enjoyed. Overall an amazing experience. Would go again for sure."

"This hotel needs to be upgraded. You can tell that nothing has been done in a long time. The card to the room wouldn’t work. The shower didn’t have a shower head. I had been at this hotel when it had a different name and that was a 5 star hotel back in the day. The current hotel is like a 3 star. It is deteriorating."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The oceanfront views were beautiful, and the pools were well-maintained. The room was clean; however, I did encounter a large spider in the bed, which was concerning. Fortunately, I was not bitten. Aside from this incident, the hotel was great."
