"I have stayed here on three previous occasions for work, A (FIFO worker who needs close to airport accommodation, to line up with 4am flights) and have always found the whole experience here sensational. But on this occasion in room 13 (may be an omen) was a huge disappointment… firstly I needed to open the window fully to try and rid the room of a strong chlorine like odour, later the shower recess allows water to flow out to the carpet if not dammed with towels, the shower head wouldn’t stay up,the air conditioner remote wouldn’t mode to heat settings, TV remote inoperable with out some gentle massaging maybe the battery is crook, And the front counter staff member was no way near as welcoming and as friendly as the elderly receptionist of the past….sorry to say I will dodge this hotel on my next swing thanks but you did ask."

"Noise noise NOISE!! Slamming doors all night long. People talking loudly in their rooms but sounds like it was right next to you..Sirens outside deafening all night. Rooms had the feel of a prison cell or old hospital room. Seriously find an extra $50.and good somewhere else. I would of had a very sleep in the bus shelter act the road."

"Location was good. It is a contactless property, we arrived at 5.20pm no reception it was all electronic check I'm which involved uploading drivers licence and re entering card details. It made it very difficult for our older travellers to know what to do."
