"After a long international flight, the necessity to check in on a machine was very unwelcome! Then I had to grapple with another machine in order to book a shuttle ride back to the terminal. The staff member did his best to offer help, but by then I was in no mood to face another interaction with a machine.
I chose to stay in this hotel- the most expensive option in airport hotels- expecting to receive a 5 star experience. What I got was a very bland (though spotlessly clean) room- an Ibis experience, except Ibis would have provided a cheerful human check-in.
I won’t be choosing this option next time I have to overnight in Brisbane Airport."

"If you would like to be financially scammed, this is the hotel for you.
They couldn't handle basic math regarding the damage deposit and put on false restaurant charges as well. It took 4 interactions for them to give back nearly all of the money.
Stay anywhere else, this place isn't worth the headache."

"Wifi extremely poor and unable to watch TV as it relied on the wifi. The normal TV aerial also did not work well.
Room was clean but old. Not sure why we didn't get housekeeping. No real explanation given."
