"My toilet wouldn't flush, TV didn't work. I repeatedly told and ask for help with no success. The maintenance gentleman did come by when I was about to check out and he was accommodating, but wasn't able to fix the bathroom."

Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. "The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They had good food options. The menu was a little repetitive but understandable as we stayed longer than a few days. Staff kept food stocked and tables clean. The pool area kept towels available. Central air was a nice feature! Lots of USB, c, and regular outlets available, in the rooms and public seating areas. The staff are all friendly and respectful, the housekeepers are kind, the breakfast is always fresh and replenished during the duration of our stay, and to top it off the pool is always clean and clear.
