"Very clean room. Originally I would’ve said 5 stars but now we’re having trouble with a double charge. So I have to call back tomorrow and speak to the general manager."

"Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. "My toilet wouldn't flush, TV didn't work. I repeatedly told and ask for help with no success. The maintenance gentleman did come by when I was about to check out and he was accommodating, but wasn't able to fix the bathroom."

"Second time at this hotel and it didn’t seem as spacious as the first time. The ice maker wasn’t working and the TV service/internet could be sped up. Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. Small pool, but the workout room had a lot of options with enough space to fit 8 to 10 adults. "The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They had good food options. The menu was a little repetitive but understandable as we stayed longer than a few days.
