Lovely people

The staff at the lazy bear were great, very friendly, helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable.Would stay again, only disadvantage is location being a reasonably short walk from old town, but they do offer free bicycles which is fantastic and saves time.

Fredeligt sted i turisplagede Hoi An.

Fint sted at overnatte på dobbeltværelse. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og værelset fungerer fint. Morgenmad er noget sparsomt (kaffe + en lille bananpandkage/omelet/spejlæg + lidt frugt). Beliggenhed ift den gamle by er fint (ca 2,3 km), hvorimod der skal hyres Taxi til stranden. Der er dejligt fredeligt.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay here. The owners really made the place and made us feel at home. They took care of everything for planning our trip which helped us a lot. They got us good deals on stuff and had a lot of recommendations. The rooms are nice and clean and big. You can also eat here and rent motorbikes or bikes to get around. I’d highly recommend this place!

Listed as nice quiet place changed to hostel

Booked several months out as nice quiet Villa. Sold and changed to youth hostel after. After long trip had to listen to party and noise of blasting stereo. If you want a backpacker hostel. Ok. If you want a clean quiet room. Not the place. And still trying to get my refund

아주 맘에 드는 홈스테이

아주 마음에 드는 곳. 깔끔하고 편안한 침실과 욕실. 친절하고 따뜻한 주인. 올드 타운과 거리가 좀 멀지만 현지 동네 분위기 느낄수있고 주변에 호텔과 홈스테이가 많아 혼자 온 외국인 관광객도 낯설지 않음. 올드타운까지 자전거로 5분 ~10분 정도. 자전거 타고 올드타운뿐만 아니라 현지 동네 골목길 투어도 함

Clean new hotel

Clean new rooms. Location is decent, but a little bit far from the old quarter. Push bikes cost 30,000 vnd per day (other hotels have them for free) gates are shut and locked before 12 which is slightly inconvenient. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was good!

Would stay again!

Nice quiet location. Laundry was 40k a kg but worth it, smelt so good after! Lovely receptionist. Bed was so big and comfy. Good shower head, only annoying thing was everything else got wet, but that's normal for Vietnam.

During our two months travelling this is the best place we have stayed. The room was fantastic and clean, with a wonderful bathroom and a very romantic and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt at home straight away. The breakfast is well worth getting and we found it very easy to book our tours, taxies and bikes at the front desk. We would recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing getaway in Hoi An. We did not want to leave.

올드타운이랑 거리가 있어서 예약할때 고민했는데 택시타고 5-10분 거리라 가까워요 아주 만족(택시비 한화2500정도b) 하루 천원으로 자전거 대여도 가능하고 조식도 넘 좋았어요 타운 근처의 허접한곳 비싸게 주는것 보다 택시비 조금 들여서 저렴하고 깨끗해서 좋음 !!! 욕실 물도 콸콸 잘 나오고 다시 호이안에 간다면 재방문의사100%

とても素敵なスタッフ、価格も満足

部屋は広くて清潔感もあり、快適でした。ただバスルームにバスタブもシャワーの囲いもなく、シャワーを使うとバスルームの床全体がびしょ濡れになるのでその後にトイレとか洗面台を使うときがやっかいです。朝には乾いてましたが。 あと家族経営っぽいスタッフがとても親切かつフレンドリーでした。朝食の時も色々話しかけてきてくれて楽しかったです。ホイアンの町からはタクシーで500000ドンくらいなので距離的にも問題ないし、次回訪れる際も利用したいくらいです。

A little bit out of town but so worth it!!

Bing and her lovely assistances are definitely the hostess with the mostess!! We adored our stay and would recommend the Villa to anyone. It is very clean, very reasonably priced. Bing has bicycles for hire at a very low cost per day which makes getting into town a quick 10 minutes however the first couple of days we chose to walk which we found very pleasant. We have no negatives of our stay and Bing was more than happy to help us and assist us with anything that we needed.

Skønt homestay

Super dejligt homestay ved en sød familie i smukke Hoi An. Kan klart anbefales. Med leje af cykler til kun 20.000 VND pr. cykel pr. dag er distancen til Hoi An Ancient Town, hvor det meste foregår, heller ikke et problem. Der ligger dog også gode, billige spisesteder lige ved. Vejret var ikke direkte til strand, så distancen dertil eller dens kvalitet kan jeg ikke sige noget om.

We arrived and they told us they were full even though we had a reservation and so had to give us our money back. Not very happy as with the visa currency charge plus their currency conversion i lost around £10

Helt nyt hotel der i forhold til de vietnamesiske standarder vi har boet på et ekseptionelle. Personalet er utrolig imødekommelige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden er fin, det bliver serveret kaffe, frisk frugt, æg og brød. Det savnes dog lidt flere drikke muligheder til morgenmaden hvis man skal finde noget at sætte en finger på. Værelset blev ikke rengjort de 2 nætter vi var der, men det var absolut rent da vi ankom. Hotellet ligger et stykke væk fra centrum og den gamle bydel, så man skal bruge noget tid på at gå hvis ikke man lejer cykler af hotellet. Alt i alt et hotel der bestemt kan anbefales!
