"I booked the hotel based on the location and the pictures of the facilities shown in Hotels.com. Location was good as it was just minutes walk to the beach and also eateries. The price for 3 nights that I spent there was also very very reasonable. However, the pictures posted on this website was probably taken when the hotel was just opened. "We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best...

"Booked a stay for 5 nights at this hotel through Expedia. Got a good deal (I thought) on a 'Superior Triple Room' which was to come with 1 x queen size and 1 x double size bed. "Everything was really good, except hard beds and zero english was spoken. She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"Not hotels fault but call before booking, because they are doing major road work in from of hotel, and they worked untill 3 am so forget about sleep, I had to cancel my last night, breakfast could be better you have a choice of soup and eggs with 3 slices of white untoasted bread and cold hot dog sausage.
