The breakfast was great. The pool area is stunning, but I was surprised it did not have a larger seating area. The best recommendation we have is for Flower - this is the translation of her Vietnam name. Flower provided us invaluable help reserving tours, transportation, direction and guidance.

This hotel may be a premium for Da Nang, but is worth every penny. The location, staff, amenities all 5 star! I stayed 9 days here, the whole holiday would've been a disaster as the weather was awful, but the hotel made the stay good. If you ever go Da Nang you must stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at M Hotel Da Nang and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything felt fresh and cared for, which made it very easy to relax after long days exploring. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, who were outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Hoa, who went above and beyond even before our trip began. She helped us with far more than just our hotel stay — assisting with transportation arrangements, booking activities, and recommending fantastic local restaurants. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made planning our trip so much easier and stress-free.
