Lovely manager,Mimi, makes this gem all it is. The best part is being out of bustling Hoi An next to rice fields and on the way to the beach. This is a very friendly and clean homestay with great prices. Stay there!
The manager Mimi is fantastic. Too bad she is leaving at the end of April. The owner should invest some money for minor upgrades and amenities. Fix the bikes. Get a toaster oven and a decent bbq. On the eco side a compost bin and separate bins for trash and recycling. Put up no horn signs .there is no reason for honking at a corner when the vehicle is going 5 km an hour. My stay was extended several times. But now I have to go. Thanks for everything Mimi.
Amazing place with incredible value. Great local service. Must stay

Hotel bonito, personal desganado
Habitacion amplia, servicios del hotel casi inexistentes, solo una persona habla ingles y casi nunca esta, los demas o no te entienden o ponen mala cara cuando les pides algo
Fantastic place in a great location. Perfect service and very budget friendly.

Relaxing spacious home feel for a backpacker
I stayed in the dorm room for 4 nights, and booked in for a further 4 nights. I liked the location, with free bikes to get to the beach in 5-10 minutes and into town in 15 minutes.
Stay here if you want a quieter relaxed stay, but still with cafes and restaurants close by.
I loved finally having space in a dorm room (and a large bed!) after a few "sardine backpacker experiences.
My bag was stolen in the town one night and the staff went out of their way to help me report it. They took me to police station on their day off (Sunday), translated my whole statement from English to Vietnamese, and kept checking I was doing ok. I cannot appreciate this kindness and support enough during an upsetting time.
I also had a lovely family dinner with them in their courtyard under the stars and laughed often during my time there.
We loved staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the private room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, aircon, WiFi and we had use of their city bikes. The location is ideal, quite close to the beach and next to a rice paddy.
This places is clean, towels, floor, bedding, everything just sparkles!!!!! The staff is beyond friendly, kind and have the best disposition to help. They offer free bikes to ride to town (20 mins) and to the beach (10 mins). Breakfast is delicious! Walking distance to mini marts, spas, and a few restaurants! Pics displayed are true to reality.
Me and my friend staying at rice flower homestay for 2 night, the owner are very nice, helpfull, the place is so comfortable like our own home, and the view are execellent..we cycle to the cao dai beach which only 10 min away from our homestay, and the beach are so clean .. we like hoian so so much :)
Oanh and Long are an amazingly friendly couple that will go out of their way to make you feel at home.
I booked for two nights and extended for about two weeks. I met several other friendly travelers here and every one of them extended their stay at least once. No joke - this place is a gem. The location and amenities are very nice, but the atmosphere and people make it great.
Food
Great breakfasts!
Tea available all day.
Talk with the owners and you can set up a night where you help shop, cook and share a dinner - one of the highlights of this trip!
Next door to a small local Cao Lau vendor. A few restaurants within a short walk. You can find almost anything in a short bike ride.
Security
Gated - locked at night (someone always around to let you in)
Always someone on site. Owners are frequently around and stay at the hotel.
Room
Super clean and modern!
This bed is so nice. I want to take it with me.
Location
I stayed within the city for a few days and then here. This is the best of both worlds. It is on the main road in between both the beach and the city and both are an easy bike or slightly longer walk away. Worst case scenario, a few dollar cab ride to or from old town.
Quiet and beautiful, but still relatively convenient.
Rice fields right outside the hotel gates.
Services
Free Bicycle and cheap motorbike hire
Wifi - Awesome
Easy tour/travel assistance and booking. I don’t even shop around anymore - no one will try to rip you off here.
Excellent value for money. Very new and clean, big rooms and very large bathroom with bath and handheld shower. The complimentary breakfast great start to the day. All the staff are friendly and very helpful.
