This was our first visit to Poland and our 6 night stay was to visit family nearby. The hotel is immaculately presented, both inside and out and the room was extremely comfortable and well planned. All the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and the language was no problem, with us having no knowledge of the Polish language! Breakfast was excellent, with a very wide choice of food available. We also had main meals in both the bar and restaurant and again there was an extensive...

Great location (close to a train station) and very helpful staff. In terms of cleanliness and overall experience, this was one of the better hotels in their class that I stayed in recent years. Breakfast buffet was well stocked (although, I missed my bacon…) and everyone would fine something for themselves in the offer. Once again, great hotel and thank you for hosting me.

Room very comfortable, great view of the city. Staff extremely helpful. The restaurant is exceptional

Everything was nice ,very impressed.

Very clean room and nice looking hotel! Helpful staff. Plenty of space to park outside for free. Highly recommend

Stayed once again (3rd time) at the hotel and always have a great experience. Highly recommend it!

Hotel in excellent condition. Very good breafast. The hotel is located at busy street, so if you take a room with street view it cab be noisy during night

Only there a short time - left at 4am to catch a flight, but the room was fine and comfy. Dined at the hotel, not a big menu, but the food was great

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff on reception, the waiting staff in the restaurant and Urszula who cleaned my room every day were all very polite, professional and helpful. My room was on the tenth floor so I had an excellent view of the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean and I used the leisure facilities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) frequently. The cuisine in the restaurant was superb but there are also plenty of other restaurants in Katowice. Wi-fi throughout the hotel. There are...

All perfect since arrival till departure.

It was a very nice, comfortable room. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. There was also parking out front, which is always something I look for when booking.

Had an amazing stay here, would definitely return
