"We visited San Antonio for my best friends Air Force graduation. I don’t care for the area. It’s near a cemetery & I love things that are spooky. So, that was cool. The area was not bad at all. Didn’t have any issues. The home is gorgeous, very spacious & was very clean. I love how each room was laid out. You have what you need to make your own meals. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there & would recommend it. My husband was not able to make it out with us this time but next...

"Horrible! Room was dirty. Bathroom door was busted up. One pillow per queen bed. They apparently were out of pillows due to being stolen. Two bath towels only due to also being stolen and they would not give you extra ones. Only if you ask for cleaning service they will swap out towels. Only one toilet paper per room, had to keep asking for a roll. Pool was dirty green. Stayed at many motel 6 but this was the worse."

"I knew I wouldn’t be getting much given the area and price I paid but this place was the worst. There was blood on the restroom door, food splatter on the walls, dirty toilet, and holes in the door. We spoke with the front desk who admitted being short staffed and not having good help for cleaning. When we asked about switching rooms she said they were all the same. We left and stayed somewhere else. There’s no telling what other hazards are there. "

"This was a last minute reservation as the Vrbo property I rented cancelled upon my arrival & we needed a quick 1-night stay to get our situation resolved. The staff was helpful in getting checked in within an hour of reservation. This is more of a Vrbo type rental than a hotels.com traditional hotel room. The house is old, while it seemed moderately clean, the age and disrepair could use some tending to. There was a vent panel falling off a wall. There were several empty beer cans in the front...
