"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....

"Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time!! Everything was old and dated! The bathroom was a plastic pod put in the room, felt like I was in a caravan. The carpet was dirty, the room fan made a humming noise all night, it just felt old and dirty! I went for the ibis over the ibis budget next door as it was cheaper but you’d also assume nicer than the budget, hugely wrong! Breakfast was poor! Only scrambled eggs out, I asked for fried or another form of egg and was told the only option was...

"Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday."

"We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big...

"Had to change my first room I was given had a double even though booked a single but as I walked in the room stunk of damp and no lock on the door and I was placed right by the entrance door. So they changed me to a single right at the top was ok but I think there is a drainage problem bathroom smelt damp funny smell too but ok with the door closed the carpets smell and had stains and I had someone try and open my room door In the night."
