"Didn’t pick us up from the airport as agreed.
Communication was very poor. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages trying to organise the airport pickup but received no response. Two days before our arrival, I finally got a message saying to call once we had collected our luggage.
We landed at 1:00 am, which I had advised them of several times beforehand. I called eight times and sent multiple messages, but received no answer. To this day, I have still not received a response.
If you’re planning to use this hotel for an overnight stay or transit flight, I would not recommend it based on my experience.
The room was okay and breakfast was acceptable, but good communication and reliable service are important. I’m sure there are better hotels nearby where the staff are more responsive and organised."
