"I booked this place for a 3-week chronic pain program and had to leave within the first hour. There was visible mold, it was filthy, and nothing matched the listing photos. I requested a refund immediately they refused. I never got my money back. I had to book multiple hotels just to make it through my program. This place cost me a fortune and added stress I absolutely didn’t need. Total scam. Avoid it. gonna have to take them to small claims court. "

"It was a horrible experience. We were told that there would be someone on sight for emergencies. It is very dark on the property with no lights outside. We had people knocking on our windows late at night. Come to find out that there was no person on sight and we were out there alone. Poor communication by owner. Never have been so scared in my life. The inside was very musty and smelly. We had to empty the dehumidifier 4 times in a 2 night stay. There us only one lock on door with the keypads...

"Every time that we've had an issue we've always called and they've handled it with the utmost care and promptness, I do want to state that they do need to find some form of secure parking or something else it's a lot closer I had to spend almost $14 a day to park in the parking ramp that is secured over by the U of M which is two and a half blocks away and that kind of gets irritating having to walk back and forth all of the time to go get my car and have to pay additional $14 a day and I stayed...
